MVA - PONDEROSA MILLCREEK MALL

07/30/06 - Kearsarge and MP8 were dispatched to Ponderosa in the Millcreek Mall for a MVA. MP8 arrived reporting one vehicle into a tree. The driver was outside the vehicle with minor injuries. Engine 443 responded and assisted with patient care and securing the fluids on the jeep. Chief 440 (Hesch) and Chief 441 (Burhenn) also responded to the scene. The driver was transported to local trauma center for evaluation. KFD units were available within 30 minutes.
