MVA - I-79

12/09/08- Kearsarge and MPS were dispatched to a car versus semi MVA around 06:50 hours this morning. Chief 440 (Nichols) and Engine 443 responded to this incident. Chief 440 arrived on location with MPS and were presented with a critical patient. The patient was quickly packaged and transported to a local trauma center. Engine 443 arrived on location assisted Pennsylvania State Police with traffic control and cleanup of the roadway. PSP are investigating this accident. All companies were clear of the interstate within 2 hours.
