Structure Fire asst WRFD - 3321 Zuck Road

12/24/08- Kearsarge was requested for one engine to assist West Ridge on a building fire around 1400 hours this afternoon. Kearsarge S-1 (Hesch) was the first on scene and reported fire showing from the "AB" corner of the structure around the electrical box. Engine 442 responded with a crew of 6 and assisted in overhaul and searched for extension through out the structure. Upon Penelec's arrival power was shut off to the residence and the fire was rapidly extinguished. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Engine 442 had negative extension found and was put in service per command. KFD was clear of the scene within an hour.
