NEAR DROWNING - GRANADA APARTMENTS

07/29/06 - Around 1500hrs today, Kearsarge and MPS were dispatched to Granada Apartments for a drowning. Millcreek Fire Control updated with one male pt unresponsive. KFD Paramedic Gambatese along with MP8 arrived reporting one  unresponsive male. Engine 443 responded with 3 volunteers as well as Chiefs 440 (Hesch) and 441 (Burhenn). Pt was semi-responsive and breathing as he was transported to local trauma center for treatment. KFD units were in service on scene with 35 minutes.
