STRUCTURE FIRE - W. 54TH AND CLINTON

07/11/07 - Kearsarge was dispatched with mutual aid to a structure fire at W. 54th and Clinton. Chief 441 (Burhenn) arrived reporting smoke showing and to have ALS and the FAST TEAM dispatched. Engine 442 responded with 4 and had initial extinguishment of the fire. Crews from Belle Valley and West Ridge opened the kitchen area finding heavy fire within the walls. Crews contained the fire to kitchen. The fire is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police. All crews were in service within 3 hours.
