KUNTZ AND WASHINGTON - MVA ROLLOVER W/ ENTRAPMENT

07/03/06 - Kearsarge and MPS were dispatched to Kuntz and Washington for an MVA with entrapment. Chief 441 (Burhenn) and MP8 arrived reporting one vehicle on its side, heavy damage with one pt entrapped. Chief 441 requested Rescue 38 from Belle Valley for additional stabilization and for the 2nd rescue tool. Engine 443 responded as well as Tower 449. Engine 443 crews handled the majority of the extrication as well as Rescue 38. Tower 449 crew assisted with pt care and cleanup of the incident. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the local trauma center for evaluation. Extrication time for the incident was 31 minutes from dispatch. Millcreek Police are investigating the accident.
