STERIS CORPORATION - STRUCTURE FIRE

03/18/06 - Kearsarge was requested for one engine to assist West Ridge with a structure fire at Steris Corporation. Engine 442 responded as well as Chief 440 (Hesch). Engine 442 prepared for a reverse lay from sector 4 hydrant. Crews from Kearsarge were on scene until 2:00 a.m. A small fire was found in the ductwork, however no extension was located within the structure. Units responding to Steris include KFD Chief 440 (Hesch), E-442, WRFD E -16, E-17, T-10, WLFD T-2, E-4, and MP-28.
