Cat Rescue From Tree

Crews were requesting to assist in a cat stuck in a tree approximately 45' up. KFD used a ladder and FF Robinson was able to successfully bring the cat down to safety. Kearsarge FF Scott Robinson shown in the pictures carrying a cat down a ladder. A 35' ladder was used, footed at the bottom as well as tied off at the tip with webbing. FF Robinson used a ladder belt and a leg lock to secure himself. A 12' pike pole was then used to being the branch that the cat was on close enough for FF Robinson to grab the cat and bring it down.
