Smoke in the Building - Springview Dr.

Kearsarge, West Ridge, Perry Hi-Way, Lake Shore, and MPS were alerted for a report of smoke in the building on Springview Dr. Captain 451 arrived on location reporting nothing visible. Dispatched advised companies that they have received a telephone call reporting smoke as well as an automatic alarm from the building. Engine 442 and Rescue 444 responded and arrived within minutes. Crews reported to command that they found burnt food in an apartment. Command held with the Engine and Rescue and crews ventilated the structure. Crews cleared within an hour.
